“I’ve always had a little bit of a problem with independence.
I don’t like it.
I think I was born with it and I’m just going to have to live with it.”
For his part, Bowers has since left the company to pursue his own interests and is now focusing on his own personal brand of independence.
“I’m still working on that brand, but at the same time, I have the family that I love.
And so it’s been a really big learning experience for me,” he says.”
At the same level, it’s a big learning curve for the staff.
There’s a lot of learning and learning, but I’m getting better and better at it.”
The biggest challenge of all, Bower explains, is keeping the team on the same page.
“You need to be able to work with people who can be trusted and who can actually deliver, but also know when to step back and listen to each other,” he adds.
“That’s a huge thing.”
As an individual, I’m going to be really happy with where we are as a company, but that doesn’t mean that it’s going to work for everyone.
“We need to continue to work hard, and continue to learn and grow, and I don.
We’re going to learn from each other.”
